no es una simple copia es una mejora sustancial parte de la misma idea pero lleva el concepto mas lejos, ademas japon mejoro su tecnologнa basandose en la americana y mirad que consolas fabrican fiables y eficietes no como las prisas de microsoft con xbox 360 solo para tomar una ventaja de tiempo que solo les sirvio para decir LA UNICA CONSOLA DE NUEVA GENERACION durante unos meses y decir que llevan vendidas el doble que PS3 y que los usuarios de 360 tienen mas juegos en propiedad y disponibles mientras sony tanteba el proceso e implementaba su hardwar respecto a las demandas del consumidor potenciando a su vez la capacidad de futuro de la consola mas deseada no oficialmente porque cualqiera puede dedicarse a estudiar las capacidades de ambas consolas y averiguar que ps3 es el cada vez mas cercano futuro aunque si no te puedes permitir un rolex dices que es mejor tu casio e intentas quedar bien con algunos argumentos pobres ... lo siento si me he pasado no todo es peor en xbox 360 pero tenia que soltarlo asi creo que se reparten las consolas wii es para fans de nintendo entre los que me incluyo y para engaсar a las madres y flipar a los pequсos con el wiimando pero a excepcion de 4 juegos cansa pronto xbox 360 es para los engaсados que piensan que es mejor que ps3 y para los que no tienen dinero suficiente o no estan dispuestos a gastar tanto como vale ps3 aunque existe un pequсo porcentaje que la compra por exclusivos no es la razon principal pues casi todos los que tienen xbox 360 me dicen que algun dia tendran ps3 para eloos es un adelanto de la negra de sony, despues esta ps3 para los que estan realmente informados y disponen de el diner que en caso contrario son los del adelanto y tambien estan los idiotas que la compran para decir que la tienen ademas otros motivos derivan de las otras capacidades de la consola por ejemplo como reproductor blu-ray o para construirse superordenadors Ya esta ahora para 5% soy un heroe y los demas me buscaran toda su vida para matarme, a ese 5% le eche narices para contar lo que pienso aunque se perfectamente que no tengo la razon absoluta mi opinion es mia y de los que tienen la misma pero esta basada en mi experiencia con las tres consolas que tengo por cierto en mi casa taluegoo

Hace poco me compre la Ps3 ya la habia tenido pero la vendi(por no usarla)...cuando me sobro el dinero la volvi a comprar y simplemente para el GT5 y para cuando me compre una tele full hd, hoy por hoy solo e probado unos cuantos juegos en ps3 y 360(que tmb tengo) y la experiencia de juego es bastante pero bastante mejor en 360 en un televisor HD ready (no full hd) por el mando(mas comodo) y por los acabados de la gran mayoria de juegos.
Mientras mi hermana juega a la wii y yo quemo LA 360 JUGANDO HORAS Y HORAS mi PS3 esta solo cogiendo polvo esperando algun titulo que merezca encenderla...
Yo creo que por todo la compra evidente es 360 no solo por el precio y porque es pirateable si no por el gran catalogo de juegos, que ademas estan mejor acabados que en ps3, es decir se ven mejor y la diferencia no es mucha pero creeedme provando las dos con el mismo televisor se ve mejor 360. quiza es verdad que ps3 puede estar destinada mas al futuro pero por el unico hecho de que ofrece en teles (full hd mejor resolucion...solo con teles FULL HD!! en teles HD la calidad es algo mejor en 360. ademas con ps3 tienes blue ray pero si no comprais la consola pensando en el blue ray no lo utilizareis hasta de aqui un tiempo, yo no lo he utilizado para ver ninguna pelicula.)
Asi que quien tenga prisa por jugar a juegazos sobretodo shooters que compre 360 quien este dispuesto a esperar a grandes juegos podria comprar ps3...solo en el caso que tenga una tele full hd ya que es en el unico lugar donde ps3 puede marcar una diferencia, y tmb con titulos como MGS4 Y GT5.
Por ultimo y mas importante informate de los juegos de cada plataforma porque es la condicion mas importante y en ese aspecto hoy por hoy gana 360 de lejos

I have been looking for a summer villa for almost two years and I had almost given up because the market prices were falling and I was afraid to buy. Having spoken to a lot of people about this (both in the states and in Europe were I travel a lot for work) I found that the Greek islands and in particular the Ionian islands have not had a decrease in prices. And why was this? Because prices were low to begin with and they did not balloon to the rates of other countries such as Spain. In addition, I was thinking about Turkey which is even cheaper but its not as safe as its not in the EU and a muslim country. Looking at the Ionian Islands, Kefalonia and Corfu were already developed and very expensive. However I found that the Islands of Lefkada (Lefkas) was not expensive and it had a number of advantages. Firstly, it is connected to the mainland through a brigde so that there is no need to take a ferry to go anywere on the mainland. Secondly, it has tthe international airport of Aktio 45 minutes away and thirdly and most importantly, there is a very developed market of Villa rentals.
This third factor meant that I could purchase a Villa and pay off my mortgage with the revenue from renting. I calculated that in 5 years I could have paid off all my mortgage and start earning money. From research I did, I calculated that the total revenue for a villa with a pool per year would be from 30 to 40 K after tax and expenses. This means that a villa of 100 sq. meters with a pool near the seafront which in general costs 300K will be paid for in 5 years if you put up front 100K. And from there on, you have an income of 40K to 50K a year after tax (since I calculate that these properties will increase in value as there will be less and less as years go by. In addition, you are left with a villa which in 5 years from now will cost 500K. Not bad at all.
Having checked out the lefkada market, I found this company, www.cratusestates.com which builds villas with high quality materials (they used to build luxury villas in suburbs of Athens) and they gave me the option to pay less for the villa if I bought before construction. I was skeptical at first since I did not know what they built but the contract was very specific with materials and quality of construction and they gave me an almost 20% discount. I am very excited about the prospects and you can never go wrong with buying land and summer homes at an underdeveloped area. I predict that Greece will become the Florida of Europe and prices of land and buildings outside Athens will skyrocket as more Europeans discover it.

I was looking to go to Greece for a long time now but never got the chance. Now that the new museum of the Acropolis is open (and I hear that its incredible) I really want to go. But I only have 500 USD to spend and that is only enough for airfare.
I had talked to all my friends about this and they told me to go to Florida instead J. But that would also be expensive and I would not get to see all the ancient stuff in Greece. I strongly recommend this trip if its your first time to Greece or if you haven’t seen the sites. Its 7 days and you get to see all the major sites with decent hotels and great food.
